(hereinafter SOLSATEL), by any physical or electronic means, under the following terms:
1. SOLSATEL, located at Calle Tacna 330, Miraflores, Lima, Peru, is responsible for the use, processing, and security of personal data, which will be stored in its database and protected with appropriate security measures.
Access will be limited to necessary personnel, with confidentiality agreements in place.
2. Purpose of processing
Data will be used to:
i) inform about the commercial relationship
ii) send communications and marketing
iii) conduct market research
iv) verify accuracy of data
3. Data transfer
Data may be shared with third parties for commercial purposes, ensuring proper use. Users may object at any time.
4. Different use
Any different use will be communicated via admin@solsatel.com
.
5. Data sources
Data may come from public sources or third parties, locally or internationally.
6. Refusal or withdrawal
Refusal or withdrawal prevents inclusion in databases and communications.
7. ARCO rights
Users may exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition via email or physical address.
8. Sensitive data
Requires explicit written consent.
9. Geolocation
Location data (GPS) may be collected for app functionality. It is not shared with third parties and is used to improve services.
10. Data deletion
After the relationship ends, data will be destroyed unless legally required otherwise.
11. Changes
SOLSATEL may update this policy. Continued use implies acceptance.
